While most of our services are digital (such as promo codes, vouchers, or offers), we understand there may be instances where a return or refund may be requested. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for our digital and physical offerings.
1. Digital Product Returns (e.g., Coupons, Promo Codes)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Non-Delivery of Code: If you do not receive the digital code due to system errors or email issues, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
- Invalid or Expired Codes: If a code is invalid or expired before the stated expiration date and you haven’t used it, you may request a refund or replacement.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, we can process a refund upon verification.
- Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive a different promo code from what was ordered, notify us immediately for rectification.

2. Physical Product Returns (if applicable)
If your purchase includes physical goods such as gift cards or promotional merchandise, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility:
- You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened digital cards or scratch codes
- Items marked “final sale” or “non-refundable”
- Downloaded files and software
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- In case of COD purchases (if applicable), we will issue store credit or UPI refunds after account verification.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received:
- Recheck your bank or payment service.
- Contact your card issuer – it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical items, exchanges are allowed only if the item is defective or incorrect.
